Nic cuenta con más de 25 años de experiencia en el negocio del software empresarial y los servicios profesionales, con más de 20 años en puestos de liderazgo senior a nivel global, APAC y regional en los sectores de activos intensivos, cadenas de suministro globales y servicios financieros.

Nic ha pasado los últimos 15 años centrado en la industria de los recursos en empresas públicas (ASX y TSX), privadas y financiadas por PE. Antes de unirse a K2fly en el papel de CCO, Nic fue director general y vicepresidente de Gemcom (ahora Dassault), vicepresidente regional de APAC Mining en Mincom (ahora ABB), director global de soluciones en Snowden Mining, fundador de Resource Governance International (RGI) y CEO de Decimal.

En K2fly, Nic es responsable de impulsar los intereses comerciales del negocio de K2fly, que ha experimentado un importante crecimiento global en los últimos dos años. Nic es licenciado (Econs.) por la UWA y tiene un postgrado en Liderazgo de la Sostenibilidad en la Universidad de Cambridge. Nic también ha cursado estudios de posgrado en sostenibilidad en la NYU Stern, está cualificado por la GRI, es graduado de la AICD y miembro de la AUSIMM.

Boz has over 25 years’ experience delivering digital transformation at scale, leading software product development for tech companies in Australia and in Silicon Valley US. He has built and run software product teams globally for publicly listed companies and start-ups alike. At a global scale and with Fortune-500 companies, Boz has held the roles of Head of Product, Director of Solutions, SME and SVP of Software Products.

Boz has built and led teams of all sizes consisting of highly cohesive, talented and passionate technology professionals. He prides himself in building leaders who create transformational cultures, resulting in high-performing teams who get stuff done.

Complementing his experience in Software Products, he has spent more than a decade working with global diversified mining and energy companies. Boz understands the license-to-operate challenges they face, and how K2fly’s solutions can address these challenges with simple, easy to use, fit-for-purpose software.

With more than two decades of performance based business development and key account management with local and international organisations, Louise has well-honed techniques to seek out, engage and listen to clients needs in order to understand how to best provide suitable solutions. A visionary creator and driver of strategies, consistently delivering gains in sales, profits and market share.

At K2fly, Louise oversees the sales and marketing team, responsible for identifying companies that would see benefit in utilising our solution suite and develop strategies on how best to engage with them to solve industry challenges.

Sean has over 30 years’ experience in the exploration, mining and evaluation of resources across Australasia, North & South America, Africa and Europe. With key strengths in leading multi-disciplined teams to deliver positive outcomes, he has attained deep knowledge of the mining life cycle and the people within it.

Sean has played integral roles to improve company’s operational performance, applying an approach that combines enabling technologies with effective stakeholder engagement that drives accountability and technical excellence. He also has extensive experience in preparing Independent Experts Reports, Competent Persons Reports and Independent Valuations to assist with divestments, mergers and acquisitions.

At K2fly, Sean leads our Industry Solutions team, responsible for ensuring market knowledge is embedded within our solutions, allowing our customer-base to respond to the market’s evolving needs with governance and control across their operations.
