1. Map Tray Improvements

We have created the ability for users to upload documents and URL’s, and enter in important information or metadata about those documents or URL’s. This enables users to quickly see the documents attached and referenced, improving the auditing and verification processes by having all data in a central location.

Users can now optionally enter:

• A title

• Type of document

• Name an Author

• Set a date

• Write a description

• And enter a version number relating to each document/URL they upload

When users upload their document or URL, the details they entered will be displayed in the ‘Attachments’ tab. Within this grid view users can:

• View documents & URL’s uploaded into Decipher

• Edit the metadata

• Filter

• Add more docs & URL’s

• Mark documents/URL’s as confidential
