Pauline Vamos

Chair

Pauline Vamos brings substantial governance experience in board roles as a director and chair and brings ESG expertise.

Pauline is deeply experienced in broad financial services in the listed, commercial and not for profit space as a non-executive director and chair. Pauline also brings experience in ESG through her prior role as CEO of Regnan, an ASX2000 ESG specialist research and engagement company as well as her long history in fiduciary investing. Pauline has a long history on boards as well as held various senior executive and CEO roles.

Pauline is currently the Chair of Governance Institute of Australia, Interaction Disability Services Limited and Moneytech Group Ltd as well as a NED of Chief Executive Women (CEW) and Mercer Superannuation (Australia) Limited. Pauline is now a full time NED, was previously the CEO of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA -2007, -2016) as well as a senior executive with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) for 7 years.

A qualified lawyer, Pauline is a member of CEW, a graduate of the AICD and a fellow of GIA and ASFA.

Has a BA (Hons.) in Accounting and Financial Management and is the current Executive Director of Sunrise Energy Group.

Peter Johnson

Non Executive Director

Over 20 years’ experience in development and application of technology in the global mining industry. Peter established and led the research and development team which developed the world’s first LiDAR instruments designed specifically for mine measurement in 2004.

Peter has held various senior management positions with Maptek since 2006 and has been responsible for the introduction of a number of successful technology solutions that are now used globally within the mining industry. Peter is now Chairman of Maptek and also a Commercial Advisor with PETRA Data Science.

Brian Miller

Non Executive Director

Born in London, UK, Brian originally trained as a teacher and then as a sport psychologist. Brian worked at the Australian Institute of Sport in the 1980’s, before entering the IT industry in 1989. Brian co-founded AMT-Sybex in London with 3 other people in 1990, and that company grew to have 350 staff and a turnover of A$120M. Brian went from being the one Sales Executive, to Sales Manager, to Sales Director and then Managing Director as the company grew, specialised in selling software and services to asset intensive industries.

AMT-Sybex was acquired by a Times Top 100 company in 2014. Brian moved back to Perth in 2009 and led AMT’s Australian business until that sale. Brian joined K2fly as CEO and Executive Chairman in January 2016 and is now working with colleagues building a solutions’ business from the Perth HQ in Western Australia. K2fly generates revenue by selling its own IP solutions, such as Infoscope, RCubed, Sateva and Decipher to major Tier 1 clients in the Resources’ sector.
