Roberta Molson joins K2fly as Product and Implementation Manager, bringing a wealth of resource industry experience and knowledge to clients.
Roberta has held senior roles with Fortescue Metals Group, Community Development Consultancy and Department of the Senate. She brings insight across all aspects of the resources industry including approvals, native title and heritage, stakeholder engagement and social impact.
In addition to managing Aboriginal engagement (including heritage, native title, VTEC, Aboriginal employment), she has also led Geographic Information Systems (GIS) departments.
K2fly’s Chief Executive Officer Brian Miller said Roberta uniquely bridges operational and software understanding that will help organisations manage their ESG obligations.
“Roberta’s extensive resume translates perfectly across to K2fly’s core business objectives and our products which allow organisations to improve their social performance, ESG (environment, social and governance) responsibilities and licence to operate,” he said.
“Her key accomplishments include a transformational software development project replacing and upgrading a core business system, including integration across GIS, document management, SAP and other databases.”
Roberta brings wide-ranging experience to K2fly, and their clients, which also includes delivering social impact assessments, community/strategic plans, workforce surveys, impact mitigation plans, stakeholder engagement and communication plans for a range of public and private sector organisations.
