Business empowerment, leadership and career advancement for aspiring and established female leaders were the main agenda items showcasing an impressive and eclectic array of speakers including Rabia Siddique, Australian criminal and human rights lawyer, retired British Army officer, hostage survivor, Martina Crowley, Partner, PwC Australia, Kara Donnellan, Captain, Fremantle FC AFLW, and Guy Chalkley, CEO, Western Power to name a few.
The conference provided a great opportunity to emphasise how workforce diversity benefits business, that there is a changing face of gender diversification in the workplace, and also highlighting values systems and business strategies for success.
